LATEST MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Posted 7/3/10 Dear Marist Parents,
For those families that have boys who are interested in playing Rugby this season it’s not too late to register. You can still sign up via the Marist Rugby web at www.maristrugby.com.au, then follow the link to our registration portal.
By registering on-line you can still get a Brumbies Junior Season Pass that will get the boys in for all the home games at Canberra Stadium.
Player’s passes will be available to all registered players by presenting their receipt to Mr Grealish at lunchtime in the P.E Dept on Friday 5th March 2010.
A BIG Thank You to all those parents who registered their boys, either using the on-line or by hard copy, we now have over 300 boys registered to play Rugby this season.
A reminder to all parents who have volunteered to be either Coaches or Managers this season that the Coaches and Managers Evening is on tonight starting at 6:00pm, incorporating Smart Rugby which is a compulsory seminar for all coaches and match officials involved in the tackle variant of Rugby.
The Rugby Club will advise everyone shortly when trials will commence via the website and emails from the coaches and managers in the coming days.
This season is shaping up to be a great year for the club and I look forward to seeing the boys enjoying rugby and their success on the field in the Marist spirit.
Yours in Rugby,
Ivan Zafiris
President
Dear Rugby Parents and Players, Once again, it is time for registration for season 2010.
