PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?
If you are having problems logging in, here are a few tips:-
2. We suggest that you type the details in, but if you are cutting and pasting, make sure that you don't inadvertently pick up a space at the end of a line.
3. If you go to the PASSWORD RETRIEVAL link on the registration page, remember that it might be your son's email that you need to enter. Try them all, and please write them down, once you know which is which.
4. If you still can't login, send us a feedback form or email, as soon as you can and we should get back to you pretty quickly, with your details.
5. Once you do login, you can change your login and password details to something more familiar to you - we suggest that you do that.
